SALMON MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • 4 cans of salmon in Geomar water
  • 100 g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 finely chopped chives
  • 1 egg yolk

Preparation

Open the can of salmon, drain the liquid and place in a bowl.

Add the egg yolk, the chives, season to taste and mix until everything is integrated

Add the breadcrumbs little by little and knead until you have a uniform mixture. Form meatballs with your hands 3 to 4 cm in diameter and overflow again in breadcrumbs.

In a pot add enough oil and heat to about 160C, add the meatballs and fry until golden brown.
