- 1 can of King Crab
- Mashed potatoes 500 grams.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tomate
- 1 shallot onion
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 avocado
Open the crab jar, drain the liquid and reserve the legs.
Chop the onion into squares. Peel the avocado and cut into slices.
Peel the tomato and cut into small cubes.
In a bowl put the onion, spider crab, mayonnaise, tomato and season to taste. Mix well and reserve.
In a round mold add a portion of purée, and press down with a spoon. Add the slices de avocado, and the padding of spider crab.
Finish with mashed potatoes. Transfer to refrigerator to chill. Then unmold and reserve.
