- 1 can of King Crab
- 1 avocado
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ roasted red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 lemon
For the roasted paprika, preheat the oven to 200ºC. Lightly grease a tray with oil. Place the paprika cut in half and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Roast at medium height for about 25-35 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Reserve.
Then grind the avocado, mix it with the mayonnaise and mount on a deep plate. On the pasta add the crab previously seasoned with lemon and place the roasted paprika cut in julienne on top. Decorate with a lettuce leaf.
