  • 1 can of Geomar Sea Conches
  • 1 red onion cut into squares
  • ½ cup lemon juice, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt and pepper

Preparation

Put the snails and the lemon juice in a bowl. Add olive oil, red onion, coriander, salt and pepper. Let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator and serve.
