- 2 cans of salmon in Geomar water
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 purple onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 unit red bell pepper
- 2 to 3 tablespoons coriander
- salt to taste
Open the can of salmon, drain the liquid and place in a bowl.
Add the lemon juice, the chopped onion in small squares, the chili in small squares and chopped cilantro.
Mix everything very well and season with salt. Let marinate for about 20 minutes.
Ideal to serve in clay pots with the desired accompaniment such as pieces of toasted bread.
