1 can of King Crab Geomar
½ cup black olives
1 avocado, olive oil and salt.
Prepare the "tapenade" which consists of a puree of crushed black olives and olive oil. Then grind the avocado. Put in a cylindrical mold a layer of tapenade, then 1 layer of ground avocado and finish with a layer of meat spider crab.
Note: Once served add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
