- 1 can of Salmon in Geomar oil
- 2 tortillas for burritos and wraps
- 1 avocado cut into thin slices
- ¼ cream cheese
Base an omelette and on top of it, the Geomar salmon previously shredded with a fork. Add 1 layer of sliced avocado. On the other tortilla spread a thin layer of cream cheese and close both halves like a sandwich. Fry the tortillas in a pan with olive oil for about 45 seconds. per side. Observe so that they do not burn.
